Graduates can be employed in any business organisation as well as non-profit or government organisation. Some common job titles of accounting graduates are bookkeeper, account assistant, account officer, assistant auditor and assistant accountant.

Further Studies

Upon graduation, students may pursue the bachelor degree program in Accountancy, Finance or in other Business related courses.
Most universities in Malaysia offer diplomas that provide a streamlined pathway straight into the second year of the bachelor degree if students choose to enroll in a degree offered by the same university.

  • SPM – 3 credit (A, B or C)
  • UEC – 4 Bs in UEC including English
  • GCE ‘O’ level – 3 credits (A, B or C)
